One parking pass will be provided to each vendor in a designated parking lot at no extra cost. Additional spaces may be purchased at the Day-of-Show rate.

Please note: There is no electricity in the designated parking lot. Vendors who require motor home electricity should contact the show chairman at to make arrangements. Prices for booth space do not include tables, chairs or electric service.

To reserve your space, pay the full amount or a nonrefundable deposit of $250 (US funds only) by Oct. 31, 2018. The balance is due no later than Dec. 18, 2018.



Terms and Conditions / Contract

The Rose City Classic Series of Dog Shows, which hosts 4 of the 6 biggest shows in the Northwest is pleased to invite you to offer your merchandise at our 4-day event. The all-breed shows begin on Thursday, January 17 and continue through, Sunday, January 20, 2019. Vendors may also open on Wednesday, January 16, which has fewer events and a much smaller attendance.
Setup day is Tuesday, January 15 at 4 PM.
Please complete this reservation form and submit it with your payment in full (U.S. funds only) made out to Dog Fanciers Association of Oregon, Inc. If you prefer to send in a non-refundable deposit of $250 by October 31, 2018, you may postpone your full payment until December 1st, but your December payment must be in certified funds. If full payment is not received by December 18th your reservation will be canceled and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
Additional Rules for vending at Rose City Classic
1. Your wares may not overflow or extend outside of your assigned booth space into the aisle.
2. If you will be using a canopy it must fit completely within your assigned space, not extending into the aisle or interfering with an adjacent booth. When using a canopy, a working smoke detector is required by order of the Fire Marshall, which is to be mounted above your wares and near the top (inside) of your canopy.
3. Subletting of Space. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, without the knowledge and consent of management.
4. Distribution of Advertising Matter. Distribution of circulars or advertising matter of any description, including souvenirs, will be restricted to the exhibitor’s booth unless approved by DFAO.
5. Dog food companies that have exhibited at the event previously are limited to not more than 10 x 20 ft. of booth space, inclusive of space they build with other companies and/or distributors. They may not sell dog food from their booth and may not distribute any prizes or other promotional items. They may provide bait and complimentary samples of their food if the sample size does not exceed 16 oz. Their booth materials will not exceed 8' in height. All activities associated with these vendors must remain within their identified booth space, not selling dog food from their vehicles.
6. Bounced checks will be assessed a $35 fee.
7. The Rose City Classic reserves the right to exclude vendors whose products and/or services are deemed inappropriate for the mission and goals of the Rose City Classic clubs.
8. Insurance. Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. The show assumes no responsibility for the safety of exhibitor’s property, its offices, agents or employees from theft, damage by fire, accident or other cause, but will use reasonable care to protect them against such loss.
9. AKC Rule. This space is sold with the understanding that should the privileges of The AKC be withdrawnfrom the purchaser of this space prior to the carrying out of this contract, this contract is hereby automatically cancelled and any money paid by purchasers for such space shall be refunded.
